- Preparation retries back off after failures, and feedback stays scoped to the correct family need.
- Outreach uses durable occurrence identities and does not automatically retry uncertain Telegram sends.
- Delivery rechecks current preferences, membership, quiet hours, and private channel identity.
Compatibility and availability
- Existing chat and parent-requested reminders remain available; private preparation requires consent.
- These features are not continuous medical monitoring and do not diagnose a child.
- Database changes require the governed migration and deployment path; automatic rollback is not assumed safe.
